Technology R&D center is established in August of 2003, the area is 420m2, the total technician 48, the senior engineers 11, Technology R&D center have Development Section, technics section, measurement room, testing room, technology data room etc 5 main section, equip with test-beds for brake master cylinder, vacuum booster, proportioning valve, brake caliper, and Slidecallipers, Micrometers, Gauge, tension testing machine, etc.
R&D Center implements a management method of combining Sections System with Project Project System. There are 5 product project groups in R&D Center, which are responsible for product research and development.They are Conventional Product Team, Proportional Valve Project Team, Trailer couplings Project Team, Vacuum Booster Project Team and Brake calipers Project Team. Technology Section is responsible for testing, populize and apply technics design, new technics and new technology. Measuring room and testing room is responsible for the work of testing products, configuration planning, calibrating and inspecting experimental equipment.
Meanwhile, In order to improve enterprise R&D capability and product testing capability. Develop regional innovating cooperation and increase the sharing of scientific and technological resources. Our company have established Technical Liaison Network with research institutions and academies that are Jilin University, Tsinghua University, Changchun Automobile Research Institute and China Automotive Engineering Research Institute(Chongqin). This greatly enhance the enterprise technology and product innovation capability and is a strong guarantee to improve enterprise technological level.
We decrease the production cost to meet customers demands, and invest much capital to develop new products and to study new technics. We win 2 National patents. 12 new type appearance patents. Especial for proportioning valve master cylinder, it is listed into "National Torch Plan". These new products development and technology innovation will bring much value very year, and it is very important to develop new market. |
